Disgusting service. I have clearly specified that I am happy to wait for 2 month for late appointment as it's EOFY and I cannot miss work, but in case they do have some cancellation please make sure you ring me, as due to specific reason I cannot wait long to see some Dr. They did ring me, however, because I am at work obviously I attend other calls as well as part of my job. They haven't even left the message and when I rang after just 4 minutes (literally) they said "oooh I'm sorry, but we rang to bring your appointment forward, however, it's booked now". I said well you haven't left me a message and plus how could you possibly booked someone you literally rang me 4 minutes ago according to my phone. All what she said is "well you know imagine if we left messages for all patients, so we just went to another patient when you didn't answered". I said: "Well I was on another line at least you can have some courtesy by leaving a message or trying once again, especially if that patient has left a note to be called if anything comes earlier than 22nd"
I ended up cancelling my appointment straight away and booking a wonderful Dr. in Collins Street in the city and solved my problem. If I had to put up with that kind of service and I haven't even filled the new patient form yet, what kind of service can I expect when I actually go there. Even this one star is too much for them.
